Would a dual wielding swordsman guy go better with it than scoundrel? im kinda torn between the two options. I also have never beat the game, so Im trying to not make really bad choices lol. If you really want summoning though you should play with the bone widow and bloated corpse from necromancy and maybe totems from summoning instead of the incarnate if you don't plan on getting summoning all the way up to 10.Should be decent enough to have fun with on classic difficulty.Maybe get 4 or 5 points into summoning max and focus on warfare/scoundrel after and 1 point in pyro for peace of mind to give yourself or your summon some accuracy and stats. If you want a fun scoundrel build that's not fully scoundrel you could go for scoundrel and pyro, you can use sparkstriker and fire traps to deal decent fire damage without needing to spend any points in intelligence since they only scale with pyromancy. Summoning is already the worst out of all the builds so if you don't plan on investing much in it then it's better to not do it at all. No idea how much Ill even be investing into summoning, but id like at least a little to help buff up the pup.
